Main Aims
- To assemble a well characterised series of patients with multiple primary cancers
- To collect germline DNA from each patient
- To undertake sequence analyses to delineate the contribution of known cancer predisposition genes to the co-occurrence of cancer types
- To identify novel cancer predisposition genes
Inclusion Criteria
- Any patient with any 2 or more primary cancers, with the first cancer occurring at age <70 years, one of the tumours must be a sarcoma
Exclusion Criteria
- Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, cutaneous basal cell carcinoma
- Pre-malignant lesions including CIS and CIN
- Myelodysplasia, blood dyscrasias
- Under 18 years old
