Main Aims
  • To assemble a well characterised series of patients with multiple primary cancers
  • To collect germline DNA from each patient
  • To undertake sequence analyses to delineate the contribution of known cancer predisposition genes to the co-occurrence of cancer types
  • To identify novel cancer predisposition genes
Inclusion Criteria
  • Any patient with any 2 or more primary cancers, with the first cancer occurring at age <70 years, one of the tumours must be a sarcoma
Exclusion Criteria
  • Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma, cutaneous basal cell carcinoma
  • Pre-malignant lesions including CIS and CIN
  • Myelodysplasia, blood dyscrasias
  • Under 18 years old
