Main AimsTo clarify the clinical phenotypes associated with human overgrowth and the molecular abnormalities underlying them
Inclusion Criteria1) Any individual with overgrowth (defined as height and/or head circumference ≥ 2 standard deviations above mean) in association with at least one additional clinical feature such as:
2) Any individual with asymmetric growth.
We recruit families through Clinical Genetics departments as this ensures that full informed consent is obtained and provides an appropriate infrastructure for feedback of any research results.
