This sample router is based on information in the 2019/2020 National Genomic Test Directories for rare and inherited disease and cancer along with the accompanying eligibility criteria.

The sample router is made available as a guide for where to send samples. The location for where to send samples may depend on the agreed sample pathway, this has been reflected in the router according to the information available. Please contact the NW GLH laboratory if the pathway does not properly reflect the agreed pathway.

Should you wish to request multiple tests for a patient you may need to send multiple sample types, or for tumour tests additional material, please contact the NW GLH laboratory for advice
